Hello Everyone , This is my first deviation after my exam . This is actually a re-painting , I created the first forest fairy on Jan 2007 , I spent 4 weeks after it and it turned out to be nuts :lmao: , so I removed it from my gallery , it can be found here now [link] , So i decided to re paint it later which I just did :giggle: . hope it turned out well . there are a lots of details in it , please full view to find em out :) .....

Tools used :

Pencil , Scanner , Photoshop CS 2 , Genius G-pen

Time spent :

2 weeks , 28-30 hours in total

ok so since you have asked for me to critique it

minor issues i see
-the hair on top of the head doesn't seem to match the shape which is written out by the facial features
-her right shoulder seems to be a little too close to her neck
-the gold pins are much to pronounced and draw way too much attention to themselves
there is a ghost leaf in front of her hair (not sure what thats about)
-her ear is a little low

things i see that are awesome
-the earing; an awesome little touch
-i love how you painted the wings
-the subtlety of the green hair tie (which i like to think is supposed to be a vine)

outside of all that, i'm really not sure what to make of the overall balance of color…but great job :nod:
